First Milestone - Quotation and Invoicing: We call you directly, all calls recorded, to understand your needs. We draft a quotation based on this conversation. You check if it fits your budget, approve it, and we send you a no deposit invoice. This invoice is your commitment to pay the total amount listed by the due date.
Second Milestone - Development: Once the invoice is sent, we start developing your website, aiming to have it ready by the invoice due date.
Third Milestone - Proofreading and Payment: We send you a link to view and proofread your new website. This is where you check every page, read everything. You'll either love it as is, or you'll love it but see some adjustments needed. This is normal; even with our best efforts, the color profile, wording, images, titles, call-to-actions, or the arrangement of data might need tweaking. Here's where payment is expected. If you're available, we can schedule a direct phone call for real-time adjustments.
Fourth Milestone - Adjustments or Corrections: After you've reviewed the website, if changes are needed, we're ready to make those adjustments. Usually, if you're prompt, we can do live changes over the phone within two to four hours of sending you the link. We expect clients to prepare for payment on this day, as the changes are the smaller part of the project. Adjusting colors, positioning content, tweaking text, images, or titles isn't a big deal compared to creating the entire website in the first place.
