Job Description

As the Sales and Marketing Manager for Zimbabwe, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish and grow our presence in the country. You will lead the market entry, conduct research, develop marketing strategies, and drive sales to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for Zimbabwe.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand market trends.
• Analyze pricing for web hosting and website design services, including e-commerce, school, property, auto dealer, church websites, and five-page business websites for service-based businesses.
• Suggest competitive pricing strategies to break market monopolies and introduce our brand effectively.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content on social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve a minimum of 3-5 new sales in the first month.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales and marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Experience in market research and analysis.
