We are looking for Sales Partners to help us grow. At Design4africa, we offer a "No-Deposit" model—we design the website first, and the client only pays once they are 100% happy. This makes it an easy, risk-free offer for you to share.
The Partnership Pay Structure
We believe in rewarding consistency. Your commission is calculated on the total invoice the customer pays.
Month 1 (New Starters):
- Your first sale: 15% Commission
- Your second sale: 25% Commission
- Your Third Sale & Upwards: 35% Commission
The Consistency Bonus (Month 2+):
If you make at least one sale every month, your starting rate increases to the next commission rate each month till you reach the maximum 35%. Your first sale of the new month won't be 15%—it will start at 25%, and your second sale will jump straight to 35% and sale 3 upwards will be 35%.
As long as you keep your "streak" alive by making at least one sale a month, you keep the higher pay rates.
this means even if you make just 1 sale per month, your commission rate will keep on increasing till it reaches 35% and you end up getting 35% for the 1 sale you make every month, but the moment you go from 1 of one month to the next, it resets to 15% and you start over.
How it Works
- Locate: Find business owners on Facebook, Instagram, or Google or any platform like business listing sites and determine if they fit your criteria of someone who may need a website.
- Contact: Send our professionally authored script and move on to the next.
- Handoff: When they show interest, get their WhatsApp number and pass it to our sales manager to call them and close the deal.
- Get Paid: As soon as the client pays, your commission is sent to you immediately.

Think of it like being hired to find people named Joseph for R500 per find. You don’t need to convince a "Peter" to change his name; you just keep looking until you find a Joseph. of cause you may not find anyone for 2 weeks, but we both know there is a Joseph somewhere either face to face or on social media waiting to be found.

If someone isn't ready, don't waste your time by convincing them, because they may let us do the work but wont pay when its all done—just keep moving.
